ROSE HILL - Mr. Carter passed peacefully in Pitt County. Funeral service will be held from St. John Missionary Baptist Church of Wallace at 2:00 PM on Saturday. The Family will receive friends at Matthews Funeral Chapel on Friday at 6:00 PM.
